Addendum to the announcement of the 2009 TAP Award. The following changes were made.

• A minimum of 50 applicants will be required for the award to be selected and awarded
• The GPA required from an applicant has been lowered to a 3.5
• The deadline for application has been extended to June 30th, 2009
